We are happy to announce that we had a safe trip home from the processor yesterday even with the torrential rains.

Thank you again to all of you who have pre-ordered from us. Please be sure to check your messages or email.

We will be at the Anderson County Farmers Market on May 30th from 10am-2pm.

Now we are offering something that we have not had access to until now... gizzards! With all the interest that we have had in if we carry gizzards we are glad to now answer yes we do!

If you want to stock up and didn't pre-order... don't wait too long because select cuts are already low.

Time to Pre-Order your pasture raised chicken, order deadline May 6th!

‼️Due to illness, I won't be able to take phone calls today April 22nd. However I am available by text, email and Facebook messenger.

Pre-ordering is an excellent way to guarantee the availability of your preferred items. By ordering ahead, we can organize our cut sheets appropriately when we send the birds to the processor.

Chicks are getting close to heading out to pasture!

📆 In two weeks—on April 22—we will open pre-orders for this spring batch. Placing a pre-order will lock in our current pricing listed on the website (these are last year’s prices).

💲Due to rising costs in feed and processing, a price increase will be necessary. We have worked hard to hold prices steady despite previous expense increases, but continuing at current rates is no longer sustainable for our pasture-raised chicken.
The new pricing will take effect May 6, after pre-orders close.

We’ve already had a high volume of calls and messages about pre-orders, and expect this batch to sell out quickly—so don’t wait to reserve yours.

📦 Chicken will be ready for pick-up beginning May 30.

🚜 Please note: The farm will be closed May 14–May 30 as we take time to celebrate our oldest daughter’s graduation with family.

We are grateful for your continued support and for allowing us to provide pasture-raised chicken for your family’s table.

This is the week we kick off the 2026 chicken season!

We are looking forward to another productive year growing chickens out on pasture.

🐥 The brooder is waiting on this springs chicks. The chicks need to have a consistent temperature of 90-95° the first week of life. We are glad these storms have come and gone and power disruptions are not something we needed to worry about with new chicks and cooler temperatures.

We look forward to seeing you all soon and appreciate the continued prayers and support.

We are looking forward to another spectacular season raising chickens.

Y'all have really blessed us with all the requests for Pre-Orders and eagerness for our chicken to be back in stock.

📢 Chicken will be available the last week of May.
📢 Pre-Orders will start in mid-April.

This year is going to be a very busy year for our family. Many of you have had the opportunity to meet our daughters at the markets. Victoria, our oldest daughter, will be graduating this year and starting university in the fall. Much of this year will be devoted to family time.

That being said, we will not be at the farmers' markets as frequently this year. However, we are still providing delivery to our drop points for orders and free delivery within 15 driving miles of the farm for orders over $50. As the season gets closer, we will continue to keep you updated on our market dates.

We look forward to continuing to provide your family with chicken this year!
