Cherry Tomato & Honeydew Melon Salad with NH Maple Syrup

🍅 2 containers cherry tomatoes
🍈 2 cups honeydew melon
🫒 1 cup black olives
🌿 1 cup flat-leaf parsley
🧄 1 garlic clove
🧀 1 cup feta cheese
🌿 1 cup cilantro
🍋 Juice & zest of 1 lemon
🍁 ¼ cup pure NH maple syrup — golden is perfect!

Skip the ordinary butter and give your grilled corn a sweet-and-savory upgrade! Mix ¼ cup New Hampshire maple syrup with ½ cup melted butter, season with salt and pepper, then brush it generously over your corn. Wrap the ears in foil (or pull the husks back over them) and grill on high for 12–16 minutes, turning often, until the kernels are tender with just the right touch of char.
