We season with a sweet and tangy rub, let marinate, then smoke Smoked STATT is not your average BBQ vendor.

We season with a sweet and tangy rub, let marinate for up to 72 hours, then smoke for approximately 4-12 hours depending on the protein product. We also make our own sandwich rolls, and all side dishes to create that down home freshness as well as not have all those excess preservatives. My background:
I attended Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary, Ft Lee’s Advanced Culinary, and Coast Guard’s C

ulinary Specialist course. I have over 35 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. 27 of those years as a Coast Guard Chef. While active duty, I gained experience working with Coast Guard Community Services as Club Manager for two separate all hands clubs. I have catered high end events as well as the basic birthday party. My expertise is with smoking foods to create a dish that will SMOKE your taste buds.
