Boston Butts and pork ribs for sale on Sat April 4.

The butts will be cooked all night, low and slow at 225° with a homemade rub applied just before hitting the grill. Butts will avg 8-10lb precooked weight. They’ll be double wrapped in foil and placed in an aluminum pan for easy transport.

The pork ribs will have their own homemade rub applied before cooking low and slow until they are ready to enjoy.

• Butts, $50 already pulled, $55
• Full rack of ribs, $35, 1/2 rack, $20
• Combo, 3lb chopped bbq, 1 full rack, $60
• Vacuum sealed, 1lb bags of bbq, $13
• Sauce, 8oz jar, $5

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your order. Deposits are due by Mon, March 30. The bbq will be ready for pickup Sat April 4, between noon and 2pm. Boston Butts and pork ribs fund raiser for Salt and Light Ministries and your Super Bowl party on Sat Feb 7th!
