I hit a wall and need your help!

Our first Charcuterie Building Workshop at Hop State Brewing is coming up in just about 2 weeks.

Turns out filling these seats is harder than planing the whole thing! I am really excited about how it’s coming together, and all the planning that went into it.

Now I just need people to actually come! 😂

I’d love to see comments with ideas on ways to get it out there, what from a workshop like this would excite you? I’m here to learn and open to everyone’s ideas!

In just a few weeks, we’re getting together at Hop State Brewing for a hands-on Charcuterie Workshop where you’ll learn some simple techniques to take your charcuterie game to the next level.

You’ll learn how to make your ingredients look more interesting, create different shapes and textures, and put everything together into something that looks as good as it tastes.

Then it’s your turn.

You’ll build your own custom charcuterie box, choosing the ingredients you want and styling it your own way—so everyone walks away with something completely unique.

This is exactly what makes us happy.

We brought the drinks (and a few sweet treats!) for this tropical flamingo-themed 30th birthday celebration, including a classic daiquiri with a hint of guava, a refreshing NA tropical punch, and some fun custom tropical cookies to match the party. 🌴🦩

These daiquiris are dangerous when on tap and pool side though! Only 3 ingredients, super refreshing and smooth!

but I don’t have a long career behind me as a bartender.

I’m just a regular guy, following a passion, who is trying to grow a start-up mobile bar and charcuterie brand to be the best in Tampa Bay… and I’m going to start sharing the behind the scenes of the journey
