Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

We are doing an additional cook for New Year’s Eve.

HOWEVER…pickup of your Smoked Pork Butt will be Tuesday December 30th at 11am @ the BBQ.

We suggest pulling your pork while it’s still slightly warm, covering, and storing in the refrigerator to reheat on New Year‘s Eve.

If that will work for you, please call or text Kelly at 412.337.8338 to reserve a Smoked Pork Butt (45 per butt includes sauce).
