It may be officially fall, but it's still warm enough to enjoy refreshing summer flavors and nothing says summer quite like citrus!

We have Key Lime Pies and Pie Bars available in the case and for our lemon lovers, we have three options for you! We have our Lemon Pie Bar, which is nice and creamy and lemon counterpart to our key lime pie, our Lemon Curd Bar, which is what you think of when you think of just a regular lemon bar; it's tart, it's smooth, and by far the most "lemony" of all of them. The last one is our Lemon Cheesecake Bar! Perfectly creamy lemon cheesecake with a layer of our lemon curd on top. If you like cheesecake and lemon, you'll love this bar.

Today, Aunt Gingibread’s Bakery celebrates 10 years, and our hearts are so full. ❤️

This bakery began as a small dream in the heart of a 14-year-old girl. It took 31 years to turn that dream into reality, and today, 10 years after opening our doors, we have a family business that is still going strong.

Looking back, we feel so grateful for every person who has been part of this journey. To our family, our friends, and our community: thank you for believing in us, encouraging us, and showing us so much love and support. We could never have done this without you.

Every order, every recommendation, every kind word, and every familiar face walking through our doors has helped keep that little girl’s dream alive. Being invited to share in your birthdays, weddings, holidays, and everyday moments has meant more to us than we can put into words.

Hello, October! Florida may not have gotten the memo about sweater weather, but our cake certainly did.

Our October Cake Special is Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cake. Pumpkin cake layered and covered with cream cheese frosting, finished with fall sprinkles and adorable orange buttercream pumpkins. Available in 6” mini, 6”, and 8” sizes. Sweater optional. Fork encouraged.

⏰ **Weekend cake emergency prevention starts NOW!** We’re accepting quick cake orders through 12 PM TODAY, Thursday, October 1, for pickup Friday, October 2.**

We’ll be CLOSED Saturday, October 3rd and Sunday, October 4th**, so plan ahead. “I forgot to order cake” is a scary story we’d rather skip this Halloween season. 👻

Our Salted Caramel cake is easily one of our most popular cakes of all time, featuring our moist butter cake and signature salted caramel frosting. The caramel drip is just the cherry on top, so to speak.
