This isn’t just a job it’s a way of life. 🐖🔪 From the farm to the table, doing things the way they’ve been done for generations. Hard work, respect for the animal, and pride in the craft. This is what mobile butchering is all about. 🇺🇸

Took my boy to work with me today, and somewhere along the way he decided it was the perfect time for a nap. 😴😂 I couldn’t let that slide, so I gave him a little scare to wake him up. Safe to say he won’t be catching another nap around me anytime soon! 🤣

Proud moment for our family and the future of the trade. My grandson, Denver Mathews representing the fifth generation—is currently learning alongside his uncle Kenny, gaining hands-on experience in the art of butchery, including splitting a beef.

With a strong work ethic and passion for the craft, Denver is already setting his sights on the future. Over the next 4–5 years, he plans to continue developing his skills and ultimately take that knowledge out of state to start his own meat business. The Legacy continues!
