Appleton, the Brittle Daddies are back.

Last Saturday felt less like a market and more like a reunion.

We hugged people. We laughed with people. We caught up with familiar faces. And yes, Curt found us like he always does.

That’s what we missed most.

This year, Appleton is our market home. Orson and Yaw will be there every Saturday with Ghana style brittle and candied pecans.

Also, you cleaned us out of pistachio and cashew brittle last week, so come early.

Look for the tent.

We’re showing up with brittle, candied pecans, seasoned pretzels, free samples, and absolutely no intention of helping your snack budget.

You can see Yaw Asare was not surprised. Cashew is his favorite, and he enjoys sharing it with customers at Fromagination.

Some of you remember when we first showed up at markets with Sharay’s Ghana Style Brittle.

The BrittleDaddies.
Just two guys.
A table.
And a lot of samples.

People would taste the brittle… then start telling us who they were taking it home for.

Over time we realized something.

The brittle wasn’t just a snack.

It was a glimpse into how people treat themselves,
treat someone they love,
or treat someone they know.

That idea kept growing.

So we decided to build something bigger around it.

You’ll start seeing a new name from us soon: Treat Culture.

And if all goes according to plan, the BrittleDaddies will be bringing it with us to the Appleton Market this season.

Same brittle.
Same attitude.
Just a bigger table.
