Whole foods are incorporated into each small batch which give Dalla Terra Pasta its unique flavor. We then air dry the pasta for a minimum of 48 hours for maximum retention of flavor and texture. Dalla Terra means "from the land" in Italian and we strive to bring honor to our local farmers who endlessly labor to bring us the finest local foods.

Two Dalla Terra Pastas use whole grain einkorn from Heartland Craft Grains. Einkorn is an ancient grain, which has an incredible, slightly nutty taste. On top of the great flavor, einkorn naturally has extra nutrients, like higher protein, potassium, and phosphorus.

You can find the Whole Grain Einkorn Tagliatelle and Whole Grain Einkorn Macaroni at the farmers markets for the rest of the summer.

The Oak Creek Farmers Market will be closed today for Independence Day. We will be at the Appleton Farmers Market today from 8 am to 12:30 pm. Tomorrow we will be at the Shorewood Farmers Market from 9:30 am to 1 pm.

Bolognese two ways! Which do you prefer?
Pappardelle is a wide noodle that is great for hearty meat sauces, like bolognese. The Garden Rainbow Fusilli holds sauces well and adds a fun colorful touch to dinner.
