I finally built the perfect frame for this old watercolor that I picked up from a ladies collection outside of New York. I’d love it but I have absolutely no clue what the writing says on the back except it. It was painted in 1940. The lady was an art instructor, so I assume it’s one of her students can any detectives out there help me with what’s written on the back?!
