Retirement Sale Continues!

I will add to this list as things occur to me. Please be patient as I continue to wade through your texts, FB messages, calls, and emails. This is a one woman operation, after all!
I am photographing now to get the information out - and my plan is to clean everything before it leaves here the best that I can. So PARDON THE P**P in photos! *grin* (If you've ever taken one of my classes, you'll know that I also recommend sanitizing anything that you bring into your coop. Please plan to do that.)
Let’s be clear, I am losing money on all the items for sale. That chest incubator that I spent $1,300 plus shipping for? I’m listing it for cheep to celebrate my retirement but also to get it on to its new home. If you nickel and dime me or low ball me, or ask for another discount on top of this… first, you’ll insult me… second, you’ll sour my mood (this is a party!)… and third, you’ll wreck it for everyone ‘cause I will dump stuff rather than deal with scum bottom feeders. (Can you tell this bugs me? If you’re not comfortable with a price, of course you can graciously ask if there’s wiggle room in it. Okay?)
I can take payment (Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle) to hold items for pick up this weekend. (I cannot hold without payment.) Once I receive payment, we will schedule your pick-up appointment for this weekend. Thank you!

2 Chicken Coops:.. both are Bill Finnegan coops - the Jerome model - with numerous upgrades - see his website for measurements and information: www.forthebirdscc.com Upgrades by either Bill or myself:.. metal roof over nesting box, roost box, and over run.. painted white or grey.. strong ramps.. hinged plexi window coverings (both windows).. black welded wire ceiling and walls of run.. black welded wire over 2 windows and 2 angled vents.. black welded wire skirting.. additional roost in run.. ni**le watering system (attach to hose or more permanent attachment.. walk in human sized door to run.. 2 nesting boxes with lift top door and "prop" board".. excellent slide bolts and latches everywhere
… Note on Coops: Please plan on having a handyperson take the coop apart in sections - or do it yourself. It may take two trips to transport in a good sized truck and several people to move the roost box section. I cannot assist.

About 7 years old. I had it at my last place and liked it so much I had my handyman dismantle it and install it here in Aptos. .. This was home to my beautiful Bantam Calico Cochin flock.

Each brooder includes: a small critter cage with plastic bottom and wire top, a parrot ladder for a roost bar, heat lamp and black ceramic bulb, a chick waterer, a chick feeder, and two hook on feeder cups. I may also have potted plants for sale. There are huge heavy, large green pots with plants, there are medium green pots (empty and with plants), and a big variety of smaller pots (with and without plants). I just have to sort through which I can keep. (My new place is all sun.)
