Today Farmer Mike unloaded bales of hay for the goats early before the heat was too unbearable. I’ve been inside tending to the boy who has Covid thanks to school starting, lol. It seems it’s running around the school and he became one of the ones to get it…say a prayer for him! He is not a happy camper and feels pretty bad. I hope y’all are having a great Saturday and staying cool!
Miss Minnie is getting a little “fluffy”….she’s been eating good! She’s the most vocal of the group; quiet the chatterbox and she thinks she rules the herd to be so pint sized. She’s a sweetheart.

Today I have three custom orders to get done so they can cure! Busy day ahead. Now that the boy is back in school I can focus on soap again! With him being home this summer it was nearly impossible, lol!
This is so sad and so close to where we live. Praying for them and all of the other farmers around us today in the wake of storms later this afternoon and early morning tomorrow! Lightening is so dangerous.

This is how our day will play out. Praying for all. A lot of cows have been lost in the area lately due to lightening strikes from the storms. Praying our farm goes untouched - as well as everyone else’s.
It’s raining so since I can’t get out to play with the all the babies I’ll celebrate International Cat day today! These are our “Mousers”: Kitty Kitty and Mittens. They love spending all of their time roaming the farm catching field mice and other critters! They take their job seriously!!
