This guy right here is quite the stud! He has taken care of all his ladies here and is looking for greener pastures. Has thrown some good looking bull calves this year and have 2 more bred cows.

He is not overly socialized, but he is not aggressive either. He will eat from your hand but not really into pets or brushing.

This is almost 3 year old OBH Hillside Mac AHCA registered highland dun bull. Has great bloodlines including LEA and Skye High Farms as dam and sire. He has filled out quite a lot in the past year, but has more growing to do. Has the most beautiful set of horns. He would be a great addition to any breeding program.

This handsome fella is looking for new pastures (and a change in ladies 😉). He is an almost 3 year old registered Scottish Highland dun bull (proven) with very good genetics. I have 2 of his calf’s on the ground now and 2 more coming soon. So far has thrown dun and black bull calves.

Happy Saturday!

Humans and cows looking every which way for cooler weather.. well with cooler weather, comes photographers favorite season.

Bittersweet day Friday - 7 of our pigs, all original when we started our farm, to a new farm. We needed to thin out the herd a bit and are so grateful they all went to the same farm together. It really helped my heart knowing they will all still be together and very loved. It’s a part of farming and owning animals that is hard, but essential. This animal lover would love them all to come and stay forever, but farming doesn’t work that way. You have to adjust as the goals change and do what’s best for your operation. I couldn’t have asked for a better situation than for them to all go together and now we have new friends in the new owners of our precious babies. We hope they fulfill their goals and dreams for their farm.
