There's nothing like a Hugelville Bagel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack.
Our BAGELS and BIALYS are a traditional
Philly Style recipe.
BAKED TO ORDER, NEVER FROZEN!
Our bagels and bialys freeze well and will keep up to two months frozen.
Slice them in half before freezing in case you only want half, and pack them in a plastic bag to freeze.
Remove as much air as possible before tying the bag closed. I use a straw for this.
When ready to eat I highly recommend toasting or just thawing and eating.

MULLIGATAWNY SOUP - VEGAN
A rich vegetarian curry soup with coconut milk and a
melange of herbs and spices.
Add a cup of water, milk, half and half or your favorite nut milk,
bring to a simmer until hot, and garnish with chopped celantro, parsley, or a dash of Aransas Masala spice mix.
