I’m spending today taking some fresh new photos of our mushroom products, and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on!

Once a mushroom block has finished producing, we don’t throw it away. We toss them onto a pile with other spent blocks and let nature take over.

Over time, they turn into a rich compost that can be mixed into garden beds and potting soil. It adds organic matter and helps soil hold moisture.

It’s a simple way to give those blocks a second life!

The East Aurora Cooperative Market is celebrating 10 years! 🎉

From June 1st-8th, the Co-Op will be offering some great deals and hosting local vendors throughout the week- including us!

We’ll be there on Friday, June 5th from 2-4 PM with a selection of our fresh gourmet mushrooms and other mushroom products.
