Tracy is finishing up the morning bake:
Fresh-baked sourdough bread: flakey, buttery croissant loaves, chocolate sourdough (not sweet), cranberry-walnut boules, sourdough boules with sun-dried sun gold cherry tomatoes and rosemary (both from our farm).
Sourdough scones: Cinnamon plum; fresh Florida Southern Blush mango.
And Oat Sourdough english muffins.

Stop by the McSwain Center today (Friday) 1-5pm for our local Arcadia farmers market - Fresh sourdough loaves are coming out of the oven now, ready for you to pick up. Today we are baking cranberry-walnut boules, our flakey, buttery croissant loaf, and wheat sandwich loaves. Special today: Erica’s gluten-free sourdough with pumpkin seeds. Today’s sourdough scones: blueberry, plum with cinnamon, and maybe some with fresh sweet cherries😀. And don’t forget—Whole-wheat and oat sourdough English muffins as well.
