We are back from North Carolina and Tracy is baking up a storm. We brought, in our tiny Miata, Apples and Peaches fresh from the farm stands. They get a starring role in today's scones. Everything is Sourdough based: Cranberry Walnut Boules, Croissant Loafs in Boules and bread loafs with lots of butter fluffy greatness. Whole wheat English Muffins. Dark Chocolate Boules, not sweet except for the chocolate chips.
Also today is PIzza Bread: Pepperoni, Sauce, Mozzerella and, Basil from the Farm.
Farmers Market is at the McSwain center from 1-5:30 in front of the county courthouse in Downtown Arcadia.

Tracy is finishing up the morning bake:
Fresh-baked sourdough bread: flakey, buttery croissant loaves, chocolate sourdough (not sweet), cranberry-walnut boules, sourdough boules with sun-dried sun gold cherry tomatoes and rosemary (both from our farm).
Sourdough scones: Cinnamon plum; fresh Florida Southern Blush mango.
And Oat Sourdough english muffins.

Stop by the McSwain Center today (Friday) 1-5pm for our local Arcadia farmers market - Fresh sourdough loaves are coming out of the oven now, ready for you to pick up. Today we are baking cranberry-walnut boules, our flakey, buttery croissant loaf, and wheat sandwich loaves. Special today: Erica’s gluten-free sourdough with pumpkin seeds. Today’s sourdough scones: blueberry, plum with cinnamon, and maybe some with fresh sweet cherries😀. And don’t forget—Whole-wheat and oat sourdough English muffins as well.
