Briar Brown Brewing Company

09/01/2026

Since December of 2018, Briar Brown Brewing Company has made craft b**r for A.R. Winery. The brewery has made some fan favorites like The Gatekeeper, A Dumb Joke, Rust Bucket and the Briar Brown. The last 2 years has been hard on the brewery with failing b**r sales and with projected b**r sales to continue to fall. With that said, Darke County's only brewery will sell it's last b**r September 30th. What does this mean for A.R.Winery? The winery will now expand it's c***r line and also begin making seltzers! There is also rumor of a new craft soda that could be added to the mix. The winery will continue on, but as for Briar Brown Brewing Company, it's last call. Grab those growlers and get them filled before all the b**r is gone. Cheers to 8 years of memories.

Our brewers get hungry when they are making b**r. Sometimes they like to smoke meats when they have down time. Today they smoked bacon with a applewood rub and seasoned with bourbon molasses. Talk about mouth watering! Show us some pictures of the meats you like to smoke.
