A big shout out to the owners of this wonderful Andalusian dressage prospect for trusting in me and my program to get him started going in the right direction. We’re now going in to his third official month of carrying a rider, and he has been so much fun to work with!

This wonderful Andalusian gelding, Romeo 💕, is going to make such a fun dressage horse for his owners. Here he is at the end of his second month of under-saddle training.

He’s been such an interesting character to work with—curious, willing, intelligent…and very concerned about getting the right answer!

So proud of these two—Valerie and Malik. Valerie came for lessons, Malik stayed for training, and over the last month and a half, Valerie has put in serious work and effort to make the most of the time Malik spent with me. Showing up and swinging a leg over is what makes the magic happen!

These are the rides I live for folks: a gelding I raised helping me prepare another one I’m raising 🥰🥰🥰 moments like these make me forget what a complicated world we live in!

A heartfelt congratulations to Sarah Yoffe-Sharp of Fox Hollow Dressage and her wonderful mare, Regardez-Moi (“Mimi”), who last week made a seamless transition from my program into Sarah’s.

I’ve been fortunate to ride many special horses, and Mimi truly stood out among them with her spectacular movement, kind disposition, and willingness to work. She is a mare who leaves an impression, on my heart, in the saddle, and in the barn 💕

Wishing Sarah and Mimi all the best as they begin this exciting new chapter together!

A special thank you as well to Mimi’s breeder Suzanne Hickman-Smith for the referral—and I’ll happily repeat that she should absolutely make more like Mimi! 🎠🏇🏻🐎

Meet Mimi, dressage prospect deluxe ! Yes— that is a Camwalker you see off to the side. I sustained a non-horse related injury over the fall months, but as soon as I was off the crutches and mostly through the pain, I was climbing on 3yos again 😂

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you’re trotting into the week ears forward 🐴
