Status: just finished deciding what will be on the individual menus. Will be pricing shortly. Also, I will be setting up cooking classes over Skype starting on the 11th. Anyone who is interested can add me on Skype (facebook:robin.heater.50); be sure to include the word ChefTraveler in the contact request so I know you got there from this page. So if you have friends outside the area who want to learn to cook, invite them to like the page! That's all for right now, have a good night.

Thank you to all who have liked the page and also to those who came to eat yesterday. I only got around to the first 5 appetizers though. The good part of that is that for those of you who couldn't make it, I'll be cooking some more dishes today. The Cream of Kale soup is already gone, but if you want to come by today, I will try to cook these menu items, and more if I can:

- Clayudas

- Corn and Avocado Salad w/ a Buerre Noir Vinaigrette

- Sunchoke Stir-Fry

- Armenian Rice

- Vegetarian Lasagna

- Honey-Glazed Cornish Game Hen w/ White & Wild Rice Pilaf

- Maple-Walnut Custard

- Tarte Tatin

At 4 PM tomorrow, I will start cooking a promotional pay-by-donation banquet at The Redwood Lily in Arcata. I will be able to feed up to 10 people (in addition to paying guests staying at the hostel), so let me know ASAP if you're thinking about going. I can provide different dishes to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, omnivore, gluten-free, lactose-free, and allergy-restricted diets, so give me a heads-up as to dietary preferences. Dinner will be ready by 8:30 PM if all goes as planned, and there will be appetizers before then. I'll put the menu up sometime tonight, so keep an eye out for it!

ChefTraveler will be launching in early December. If you need someone to cook at your house due to illness, disability, lack of time, etc., then I will be happy to go to your kitchen and cook for you. Menus are coming soon, I will post them and add the website to the page when they are ready. Stay tuned!
