I am thrilled to reintroduce Falon's Fixins!

After taking some time off, we are back to doing what we love: serving up delicious, scratch-made comfort food for our community.

​Tired of the standard pizza night? We have the perfect answer. This week, we're bringing a flavor-packed, family-style taco feast right to your table!

​Our first Family Bundle ($55, Feeds 4-5 People) is a crowd favorite: Chicken Tinga Tacos!

​What is Chicken Tinga?

If you haven't tried Tinga, get ready for your new favorite! It is a beautiful Mexican dish of tender, shredded chicken slow-simmered in a rich, smoky, and savory sauce. The sauce is made from scratch with a blend of smoky chipotle peppers in adobo, caramelized onions, plump tomatoes, and traditional garlic and spices. The result is savory, deeply flavored meat with just a hint of smooth, smoky heat.

​Tender Chicken Tinga: A generous portions, ready to build!

​Cilantro Lime White Rice: Bright, zesty, and the perfect base.

Todays Cinco De Mayo Special 💅🏻

Doughless Mexican Pizza 🍕

Crust is made from smoked ground chicken and chorizo, seasoned with a Southwest AP seasoning then mixed with egg and Monterey/Cheddar Cheese Blend. Formed into a circle pie pan and smoked again.
Topped with
* Smoked Candied Jalapeños soaked in Cholula Hot Sauce, Wh***ey, Honey and White Sugar Overnight
* Pickled Carrots 🥕
* Crumbled Queso Fresco
* Then Smoked until cheese is melted and bubbly 🫧
* Finished with fresh cilantro, squeezed lime and drizzled with house made garlic lime crema with dabs of Cholula Hot Sauce.
All served with fresh pico de gallo & extra of that delicious crema ✨
