Todays Cinco De Mayo Special 💅🏻

Doughless Mexican Pizza 🍕

Crust is made from smoked ground chicken and chorizo, seasoned with a Southwest AP seasoning then mixed with egg and Monterey/Cheddar Cheese Blend. Formed into a circle pie pan and smoked again.
Topped with
* Smoked Candied Jalapeños soaked in Cholula Hot Sauce, Whiskey, Honey and White Sugar Overnight
* Pickled Carrots 🥕
* Crumbled Queso Fresco
* Then Smoked until cheese is melted and bubbly 🫧
* Finished with fresh cilantro, squeezed lime and drizzled with house made garlic lime crema with dabs of Cholula Hot Sauce.
All served with fresh pico de gallo & extra of that delicious crema ✨
