I'm pretty excited!!!! We put down the epoxy floor in the new food truck today!!!! That means we can start moving in appliances soon and start getting the exterior ready. This truck is really coming together well.

So, on top of building the new food truck we have decided to attend a BBQ competition for a charity. We're super excited to be a part of the Red Barn Ranch BBQ competition on March 26th.
