The St. Joe Kickers will host the Michigan Referee Committee this coming Saturday. We are one of a few select sites in Michigan to which the "Road Show" will be coming, so we hope our soccer friends will stop by for important information (and of course, food and drinks!) Open and Veterans Divisions. Games start at 11:00 am. German food and beverages served all day in the Clubroom. Teams from South Bend, Grand Rapids (Bosnians), and all your local favorites! Enjoy an Old School Tournament at SJK, established 1953. Due to the tournament there will be no Drop-In Soccer tomorrow!

We wish all the best to our last original founder, Ernst Oelke, on his 95th birthday. He was one of the "Original Eight" who brought club soccer to Western Michigan in 1953!

"WHO" WANTS TO PLAY SOCCER AT SJK?
Tonight - Veterans 7 v 7 at 6:30pm (two games). Clubroom open at 6:00pm.
Tomorrow - Drop-In Soccer at 6:00pm. Members AND Guests Free. Clubroom open by 6:30pm.
Sunday - Drop-In Soccer at 9:00am. Members free; Non-Members $10. SJK will also host the finals of the Blossomland Cup at 2:00pm (Pathfinders vs. South Bend Raptors) and 4:00pm (RFA Legends vs. South Bend Arthritico). The clubroom will be open for beverages by 1:30pm. This is the last 11v11 outdoor soccer of the year at SJK.

Don't forget to register for Sommerfest on Aug. 16!

2pm - Pathfinders vs. South Bend Unathletics.
4pm - South Bend Arthritico vs. Chesterton RFA Legends.
The Clubroom will be open for snacks and beverages all day.

The "Arden Classico" was decided in favor of SJK Premier last night, 4-1. Lambo scored twice for Premier, while Kevin Kay and Zach Parker added one goal each. Daniel Soke scored the lone goal for Blau. On Sunday, both teams will open Blossomland Cup play. Premier travels to Chesterton to take on RFA Legends, while Blau gets a home game: they will host South Bend Unathletics at 2pm. The Kickers will also host a 4pm game, when South Bend Arthritico plays South Bend Velociraptors. The clubroom will be open at 1:30pm, and beverages (and air conditioning!) will be available throughout the day!
