We are expanding our paddock!! We are removing all the dead trees. Next, finish the fence and add a shelter. Thank you for the donations for this project.

I have been rescuing small equines for a couple years now. I also have two miniature horses that I take out into the community to visit nursing homes and libraries. Last month I received my 501c3 nonprofit status. My organization is called Joyful Hooves. Below is the link to my fb page and website. Check it out! I would appreciate your support 😊

Time management is possible on your homestead even when there seems to be a never ending list of chores and responsibilities.

One of the things I struggled with when I first got goats, was hoof trimming. I was afraid I would hurt them, trim the wrong thing or too much. Hopefully this guide will help those with some of the same concerns I had.

Trimming your goat’s hooves should be part of your herd management program. Hooves should be trimmed every 2-3 months.
