For over 50 years, the McKernon family of Goose Island Potatoes has held their annual UPICK on the last weekend in September and the first weekend in October.
We want to take a moment and post a big THANK YOU to our customers. We are so grateful for your support of our family farm over all these years!
Each staff member you’ve seen at our UPICK is a McKernon, was a McKernon or is related to a McKernon. We truly are a family run operation and couldn’t operate year after year without the support of all our family members young and old.
It is such a joy for us to see the familiar faces of our customers year after year. We really appreciate hearing how many years you have been coming and about how you tell your friends/family about our UPICK potatoes.
We love welcoming so many of you new families and hearing each one of you say “that was fun” at the end is what it’s all about. When you ask all the questions, sharing our farms operations and family history is such an honor for us.
So THANK YOU again and as always, we appreciate you coming!
