We are a small family farm dedicated to growing local, high-quality, organic fruits and vegetables for our CSA members and market customers. We strive to take care of this beautiful land, grow fresh and healthy produce, and share this bounty with our community. We are located in Argyle, WI, approximately an hour southwest of Madison in the rolling hills of Wisconsin’s Driftless area. We sell our p

roduce through our CSA membership, at the Fitchburg farmers’ market, and directly from our farm. Our CSA program serves Argyle, Downtown and West Madison, and Fitchburg. We also host beautiful, rustic farm weddings and other events in our restored barn.

Happy Spring! We're busy starting seeds in the greenhouse, planting the hoophouse, doing controlled burns, and getting excited for a great 2025 season!

For a number of reasons, we've decided to take a break from social media. We love sharing about our farm, but are going to try doing that in other ways for now. CSA members can expect updates and photos in our emails and newsletters, and we'd love to chat with folks at the Fitchburg farmers' market! Our 2025 CSA is now open for sign-ups!

We've made some notable changes this year and are excited for a phenomenal 13th year on the farm! We're moving to a 15-week summer season, June through October, with a built-in break from mid-June to early August. This is the best fit for our evolving family and farm needs, and we think it will be a great fit for other busy families packing in summer fun! We're also offering a 4-week spring share in May. Pick-ups will all be on Thursday afternoons this year in Madison, Fitchburg, and at the farm. And you can continue to find us at the Fitchburg Farmers' Market.

Because we have a limited number of shares this year, if you want to snag a spot, we highly recommend signing up soon. We're so grateful to have such amazing returning members (who always get the first chance to renew their membership) and after their early sign up we have limited shares still available: a handful of summer shares for on-farm (Argyle) pick-up and some spring shares at any location. Oh hey! 👋 I realize it has been a minute since we've posted. Honestly, I've just kind of needed a break (and probably still do). We've been winding down the farm season - got our fall storage share out, cleaned up hoophouses, tucked in our garlic for winter with straw harvested from our prairie, and picked and preserved the last veggies in the field. We're transitioning into embracing the off-season - boot skating with the kids on the pond, slowing down enough to notice the beauty of the perfect snowflake, enjoying holiday prep with our family, and starting to think about plans for next season. Hope you're all embracing some cozy times and whatever rejuvenates you!
