WB Meats, a community-focused retail meat market, seeking an passionate entry level Meat Cutter to join our team. We take pride in providing top-tier customer service, quality cuts, and a welcoming shop environment.

Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and bone meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) into standard retail cuts.
Prepare specialty items (seasoned, stuffed, or marinated products) for the display case.
Operate powered meat processing equipment safely, including grinders, tenderizers, and band saws.
Wrap, weigh, and price meat packages accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering cooking recommendations.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and compliant work environment meeting all local health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Previous experience is not required; we are willing to train the right person.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible retail hours, including some weekends and holidays.
