UPDATE:
Oh my gosh, Curbside Street Kitchen was SO good!

Not only was the food delicious, it was affordable too — $35 fed three of us. I forgot to take a picture of the fries because my kid ate them immediately!

I asked for the wing sauce on the side and extra cilantro, and they nailed it. I also loved that they didn’t cover everything with foil and make the food soggy.

I’m seriously impressed. If you haven’t tried Curbside Street Kitchen yet, they’re usually set up across from Freshtown. Definitely worth stopping by!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by — whether to grab food or just say hi. Your support meant the world to me. 💚

This was definitely a learning experience.

We were set up outside the fairgrounds, and a lot of people said we should’ve been inside. Maybe it wasn’t ideal, but it was still OK for me. 💚

I learned how to cook for thousands of people and spent the price of a used car just to be prepared! 😁🤣🤭

Too many food options may be great for the fair, but not so great when you’re trying to make money. 😅

Still, I loved being part of the community.

I’ve never been happier. Seeing old friends, customers, and making new friends made it all worth it. 💛

Huge thanks to The Print House (one of my favorite places,) — Rebecca and Joe — for stopping by and giving me a quick grill tutorial! 🤣

And Curbside — thank you so much for the support!

One thing I really loved was how supportive the other food trucks and restaurants were. Nobody treated each other like competition, and that was awesome.

And of course… my Oakley’s family! 🤭 You guys are the cool kids on the block. I love you all! 🤣😘
And not to forget Union Grove Distillery stopped by & said when I am ready, bring The Root & Reuben over! Stay tuned.

If you’re parking at the ballfield, just come over the bridge — you can’t miss us!

Today is the PERFECT soup day, so stop by and warm up with a cup!
