Since its inception in 1982, Eleganté Cuisine has interwoven culinary artistry with extraordinary creativity in event design and ex*****on. Manetti started Eleganté Cuisine 24 years ago as a part-time operation based out of his home in River Forest, Illinois. Working off of recipes handed down from generation to generation, he nurtured his family’s collective years of experience into a comprehensive, full service catering and event planning company. As the company grew and people came to associate the company name and logo with a high standard of excellence in service and cuisine, the company expanded its operations and relocated to a 2500 Sq. office and kitchen space in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. As Eleganté Cuisine began to establish long-term relationships with corporate clients as well as social clients and famous names in the performing arts, the business relocated once more, to its present site. We are now based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and own and occupy a 16,000 SQ. building complete with kitchens and offices. In addition to locally offering complete event planning and catering services, Eleganté Cuisine also has recently expanded into nationwide event planning. Non-local clients in need of guidance in planning and executing their events may now access the services of Thomas W. Manetti and his skilled staff: we offer our creative competence to clients around the country.

From chef-attended stations to handcrafted bites and signature sips, our office transformed into a fully styled event experience, giving guests a true taste of what their wedding celebration could be.
