The Phoenix Kitchen is a suburban GEM serving up modern American dishes with unmatched hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to snag the highly requested w**e cellar table, you’re in for such a special experience — it’s cozy, romantic, and perfect for any special occasion. But honestly, any seat in the house is a win!

💚 Fun fact: they grow their own microgreens right in the kitchen 🌱 and prioritize locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients in every dish!!

Officially the best pedi of my life (no exaggeration)💅🏼 I got the Milky Way Pedi at Etoile Nail Bar Bucktown | Best Nail Salon in Bucktown, Chicago, a milk & honey-inspired service, and the steam the entire time was truly life changing (I don’t think I can go back to a regular pedi now lol…)

Every service comes with a complimentary drink from their fully stocked bar (I got the lychee tea 🍵) plus they have FREE on-site parking, which is always a win. Safe to say I’ll be back for this one 🥂🧖🏻‍♀️

Make sure to save this for your next self-care day, it’s truly worth every penny!! 🤍

The most relaxing, underrated date night spot is easily Osteria Via Stato by Lettuce Entertain You ® 🍝🕯️

This cozy spot has all the old-school Italian charm you could want — and it’s been serving up Italian favorites for 22+ years 🇮🇹 Plus, their new menu features multiple dishes made with perfectly in-season heirloom tomatoes that are SO worth trying 🍅🤌🏼

Must-orders: literally ANY of the flatbreads, the bread service with olives, and gelato to finish!!

Everyone’s farmers market favorite FINALLY has a permanent home in Downtown Arlington Heights 🇧🇷✨

I’m not exaggerating when I say has THE best acai in Chicagoland. The texture is actually thick (no watery bowls here), the quality is on another level, and everything is organic and imported straight from Brazil! 🍓🥝

My Faves: The Soccer Star (their organic hazelnut spread is elite) or the Carioca Cup🥤 (it’s served traditional Brazilian style with condensed and powdered milk)!

‼️Pro Tip: You can grab their acai by the gallon to build your own bowls at home!! 🫶🏻
