It felt so good being around my Chicagoans here in Texas. It felt like being home. It was such a good day, great energy, laughter and love. I didn’t get a chance to even dance. You guys kept me busy busy. Other than the wait time everything went great. We cook fresh to order so when there’s a large crowd it comes with a wait time. I promise to keep working on a system to get faster without compromising quality.

Thank you guys so much for having us. I got some great reviews back. Thanks for supporting us as we continue bringing that great Chicago taste to the south. Special thanks to the guy who was so supportive that he went to the store, brought back some more fries when I ran out. On top of that he didn’t charge me for it. I don’t take those things lightly. Special blessings for you and your family brother. It was so much fun serving you guys. We aim for excellence.
