We are a small custom slaughter shop located in Gallaway, Tennessee. We are looking for a full time employee. Experience is a plus but we will train the right person. Pay based on experience. Duties include the following

Butchering of cows, pigs,sheep and lambs.
Packaging of meat
Slaughtering assistance
Speaking to customers

Anyone interested in buying a whole or half hog? $800.00 for whole $450.00 for half. This will include all cuts ( of your choice) vacuum sealed and ground can be either plain, hot or mild breakfast sausage or Italian sausage flavored, this will also include having the bacon cured and sliced. Bratwurst can be added for additional fees. They will be here in a week so we will need a deposit of half upfront. These will be the last batch of the year. Don’t miss out on these 100% durac hogs.
