Hey everyone! You might’ve noticed I’ve been pretty quiet on the brewing front lately. After some time away, I’ve realized a commercial brewery isn’t in the cards for me right now — but I’m excited to share my next adventure: Jeff’s Juices!

Right now, I’ve got 7 handcrafted cocktail mixers ready to go, with more recipes on the way. There are two ways to enjoy them:

✨ 4oz Sample Kit — Includes everything you need to make the drink (except the alcohol).

✨ 16oz “Just the Juice” Bottles — Perfect if you just want the syrup! (You’ll need to grab your own bitters.)

Today we’re releasing three beers! As always, samples are free, however this time, I’m asking that you please donate to our good friend who is undergoing traumatic cancer treatment and has a pile of medical bills. Nikki is battling this sh*tty disease and I’m trying to help them out in any way I can. You are not required to donate to her treatment, but we’d really appreciate it if you do.

"The QUINNtessential Can I Be in the Jungle?" - Imperial stout with coconut, cassia bark, vanilla, apple brandy. "The QUINNtessential Can I Be in the Jungle?" was Quinn's first visit to the "jungle" where she made her scary big cat face. Enough said.

"A PretENZO Battle Cry" - Imperial stout with coconut, hazelnuts, bourbon. "A PretENZO Battle Cry" is a tribute to our boy Enzo who slaughters all pasta and then screams for more. He's become quite the addition to this 'chainsaw' loving family.

Unfortunately, that thing is actually what you would expect a fart to smell like the day after eating sushi, buffalo chicken pizza and beef jerky. Something went a bit awry with this brew. The flavor is still on point but the smell is probably what that weird label's breath would smell like. All remaining bottles are being dumped and I'd suggest you do the same with the ones you have. Apologies to you all.

A year later and we finally emptied the bourbon barrel! I present to you the first two barrel aged stouts made by Bloody Chainsaw Brewing.

First up we have Barrel Aged ISO: Hard Drives – For this stout we used a completely new method for adding coconut. It gives a much stronger and bolder flavor while creating a much bigger mess.

Next is Barrel Aged Churchill’s Prescription – This beer boasts a huge (and again messy) Oreo flavor with some peanut butter and vanilla to back it up.

And just because three is better than two, we added a new fruit beer into the mix. Fruit Zombies is a fruit beer with copious amounts of strawberries and bananas and some milk candies mixed in to give you that sweet caramelized aftertaste.

All three of these beers have separation issues. The adjuncts don’t like staying well mixed in the beer. So before you open any of them, be sure to give them a good mixing by turning them upside down and giving it a swirl.
