We saw a bag of peppermint cocoa granola in the store, so I bought it to see what all I can do with it.

This is peppermint cheesecake with a cocoa granola base. One square has melted white chocolate drizzle and the other is a milk chocolate drizzle.

It tastes like eating a granola bar with cheesecake in each bite. Delicious and just in time for Christmas 🎄 😊

Happy Monday!! I did something that is a little different than what I usually do.... PRETZEL STUFFED CHEESECAKE STICKS COVERED WITH STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM GANACHE! 😋

Then. I made mini cheesecake bites with a Golden Oreo crust and Strawberries and cream Ganache drizzles.

I ALSO made a mini cheesecake with a baked Golden Oreo crust. I spread the same Ganache over it, then topped it with Golden Oreo crumbles and chopped pretzel pieces.

*I recently began liking pretzels and have been on a kick ever since. The combination of the creamy with the sweet and salty together is sooo delicious and I had no clue.
**The "stuffed" can be pretzel, pecans, walnuts, or any salty crunch that you may desire.
***Ganache can be any flavor you choose. I even have banana and cotton candy flavors for a short time. 😁

I don't know what to name it.....but it's an original no-bake cheesecake with an unfrosted Strawberry Pop Tart crust, a Strawberry Crunch topping, and a Strawberry syrup drizzle.

I was just playing around to see and it tastes really good. 😊
