Wow! What a day! Our Planting Party on March 1st at Pragtree Farm was truly something special. Seeing the community come together to plant, learn, and connect made this place feel like home in a whole new way. Thanks to all the hard work, hundreds of trees and shrubs now have a place to grow, helping to restore the land and build a thriving, regenerative farm ecosystem.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, breathed new life into the soil, and shared in this experience. Special gratitude to the State Conservation Commission and the Snohomish Conservation District for making this project possible. This is just the beginning, and we can’t wait to see how it all grows!

We survived the Washington snowpocalypse! ❄️

Apple sugar is one of the best, and least widely known, of the all the fabulous products you can make from your apples. It's so simple too! Roughly chop ripe apples into medium sized peices, dehydrate until crispy, and grind into powder! It's that easy! Try it in your morning hot cereal (but probably not in your morning coffee).

Last summer we planted a pear tree grafted with 5 different varieties, purchased from our local farm supply store.
A new addition to the richness of an orchard planted by skilled hands and forward thinkers more than 40 years ago that we currently reap the benefits from.

This tree represents new growth and a token of appreciation by providing the same for the next generation.
