Mindy Lu's Pies Mindy Lu's Pies is a family owned and operated business making home style fried pies since 1974. The secret of a Mindy Lu pie is the crust.

Our recipe has been in the family for generations. The method of making the dough assures a flaky crust and a pleasing, homemade taste. We use only the highest quality fruit and other ingredients in our pies. Full of real fruit, Mindy Lu's pies are low in cholesterol and cooked in 100% vegetable shortening.

Over the past three weeks, our team made 212,850 pies — and now it’s time to catch our breath and spend some time with our families.

Our shop will be closed July 21–25 so we can rest, recharge, and come back ready for more.

In the meantime, you can still get your pie fix — just visit one of our many retail partners to stock up!
