Today we’re shining the spotlight on Chef Christina, our pastry chef and mastermind behind sweets that never feel like an afterthought.

When tasked with creating a fully dairy-free and gluten-free dessert selection, every detail is considered. Between chocolate s’more pot de crèmes and strawberry cheesecake verrines, each guest got to enjoy a delightful treat that did not compromise on richness.

The dishes that arrive at the table are only part of the story. Behind this dinner: a 900 guest experience, 3 days of preparation. This experience demands not only expertise, but absolute alignment across every team involved.

In partnership with Signature Catering, a father-and-son catering team, this ex*****on became something more. An example of how collaboration, respect for craft, and shared standards come together to deliver at the highest level.

As guests transitioned into dinner, our team reset the room and built a new plating system in real time. Seamless ex*****on is never accidental, it’s hard work and preparation.
