I’m pretty excited about this one! Almost a year in the making and we have some of our homemade vanilla ready. And just in time for the St. Clair County Farm to Table farmers market in the morning!

We chose this path of self-sufficiency and eating healthy, clean ingredients. The demand for clean food seems to be growing, and as we’ve been able to produce more, we’ve been able to share what we make with that purity in mind. We're feeling the love and that support is what keeps us going.


This vanilla is one of our staples, and I think you’ll enjoy it in your household as well.

The kids and I have been busy all day Gathering things for the market tomorrow. We have fresh cut sunflowers, our refrigerated snack sticks, 2026 garden powder, vanilla, and we will have our regular Farmers Market lineup as well as a little bit of our pasture raise chicken.

It's a much longer day but this is a big Market that is only held once a year. Come say hi and grab a few sunflowers and some snack sticks!

Trying to harvest the rest of the garlic today. Check out the root system on the ones we planted in the ground using soil that we built over a period of 4 years.
I didn't get a picture of the ones in the raised beds but they were not as wild as these root systems.

Almost all of these monster cloves will be used for seed this fall but (God willing) we will be selling garlic next year.
