As Thanksgiving weekend comes and goes.. we want to brag on some of the things we at Pheasant Acres have to be thankful for. Sure we could boast our awesome staff, top of the line facilities, world class food, seasoned dogs, or that we have birds for days.. but the truth is, none of it would mean anything without our customers. Anyone who has hunted with us knows that they are and will continue to be considered family to us, and that the memories and relationships made during your time here are ones that can never be replaced. Thank you for fueling the dream that is SDPA and giving us jobs that are hard to consider “work”! Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here in Armour! If you have a funny story or memory from a hunt that took place here, let’s hear it in the comments!

There is never a dull moment when Mr. King and his crew are in camp! Jon and several of his group members have been coming since South Dakota Pheasant Acres got its start and we look forward to sharing camp and making memories with them every year!

Nothing but smiles for last weeks day hunters!! If you and a couple buddies need a place to hunt, but don’t have the time or the man power to book a big group with us, the consider a day hunt! It’s a perfect way to kill a few birds and have some fun without breaking the bank!! We have some availability this week yet, so call or message us to book for this year or next!!

Now booking day hunts for the remainder of the season!! Groups of 4 would be best, but will entertain smaller groups. Available dates as follows:

November: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 20, 21
December: 15, 18, 19, 20

Price will be 350 per person with the potential to shoot a 3 bird limit, and will include a field lunch. All hunts will be guided. Arrive at the lodge the morning of, and depart in the afternoon following the hunt.

We look forward to sharing the field with you!!
