I am not answering questions anymore or trying to correct anyone. It is exhausting and I don't have time for it. If you know more than me, just ask to join the project as an advisor. Get paid.

I am paying participants after final review.

The contracts will stipulate all details and I will answer every single question selected participants have. We are looking for:
2 people who will raise as pets : least money at end.
2 people who will raise as service dog/Mobility Service
2 people who will raise as guardian dogs (Farm and Family, not Livestock only)

You will sign a binding agreement that states dog will not be surrendered to animal shelter, dumped, or otherwise leave your care. If you can no longer be responsible for it you must return it to Jau-Berry Farmstead . Participants will be asked questions monthly about the dog, and a final review. If all care and participation has been met we will send compensation and your name will be added as a researcher on the final published work.

Also - this project leverages reciprocal trait-based selection for breed complementarity, as well as basic heterosis. Beyond that the litter undergoes 2 months of specific neural development. If you are assuming 2 breeds = 1 mutt, you would be wrong.

Parents are registered, mom is 6th gen champion show bloodline, dad is from proven "coyote killer" line.

8 bones and you get:
Future training sessions

How do you raise your pups?

Starting next phase this weekend.
AB (an older piglet) has been in the same area, but separated from the pups. They have included Kevin (the smaller piglet) in puppy play and he still nurses and sleeps with them.

The addition of the older piglet is a very important milestone and will bridge the gap to lamb, which is a few days after.

Many folks have their pups in a pen near livestock after they are 4-6 weeks and tell you "raised around livestock". Have you experienced this?

You cant stage these kinds of pictures or the results. Being told a pup was raised around animals or their parents are working dogs does not guarantee a pure bred LGD will just "do its job".

If our dogs kill your chickens we will replace those chickens.

We are that confident in our training methods.

If you have ever wanted a Beauceron or Dual Purpose Guardian on your farm that is setup for the heat and humidity (unlike Mountain breeds) we are accepting 4 farms/homesteads and 4 families to participate in raising one of our line.

The orange and black thing is a kunekune piglet, not a puppy. This is part of the training and one of the ways our lines are superior to others.

1. These are not LGD, you will need to train them to your perimeter and everything within it.

2. You must NEVER hit them out of anger. They will remember it and you cant undo the trauma.

3. Send a picture and general update once a month.

4. At the end of a year we will give back your deposit and add on 150$ - We are not selling the pups. Your deposit will go into an account for a year, we will not even touch it. This is simple measure to avoid people who are unable to provide for them.
