Get ready for one of the most exciting weeks in Annapolis! The U.S. Navy Blue Angels are returning to the skies over the Severn River in May 2026. Whether you are a local or visiting for the first time, here is everything you need to know to plan your day (and your meal).

The Blue Angels will be performing as part of the U.S. Naval Academy Commissioning Week and the SAIL250 celebration.
Tuesday, May 19: Rehearsal Day
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Arrival and circle maneuvers.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Full rehearsal flight demonstration.
Wednesday, May 20: The Main Show
1:45 PM: Naval Academy Bridge (Route 450) closes to traffic.
2:00 PM: The official flight demonstration begins over the Severn River.
Friday, May 22: Graduation Flyover
Keep an eye on the sky during the USNA Graduation ceremony for a final flyover (typically late morning).

To catch the best views of the "Sneak Pass" and the "Diamond Formation," head to these spots:
The Naval Academy Grounds (The Yard): Open to the public (bring your ID!).

Route 450 Bridge: A prime viewing spot, though it closes to vehicles shortly before the show starts.
