So I went to the grocery store today and ground beef was $6.99/lb. If you can find a local beef producer and check their price. It might be the same, it might be less or it might be more but you get a better product from someone you can establish a relationship with and you are not lining the pockets of giant corporations. Small changes create significant outcomes.

Our cow calf herd was started in 2009 with 4 American Aberdeen Angus cows and has grown to 26 cows since then and we have added the production of free range chicken, eggs and locally grown pork.
