Fresh taper candles for a friend 🕯️ These beauties are not the easiest to make, but they are so pretty and make great gifts. The bees create the wax, we collect, strain, and melt it in the sun in giant blocks. When the wax is cooled it's as hard as a rock so we break up the blocks with a hammer, and then I melt smaller bits in a crock pot before hand pouring into a mold.
