We made a trip to Roswell and got Farm & Ranch Candle Co all stocked back up with our goodies!

We brought in some of your favorites and most-loved products, along with a fresh selection of our handcrafted goat milk soaps and more. So if you’ve been needing to restock—or you’ve been wanting to try our products in person—this is a great weekend to stop by!

🍂 FALL SOAP SNEAK PEEK 🍂

Look what’s curing on the racks! 👀

Our newest batch of goat milk soaps has about two more weeks to go before they’re ready, and this year we’re adding TWO brand-new fall creations! 🤎

🎃 Pumpkin Spice — made with real pumpkin purée and a carefully chosen blend of fall-inspired essential oils.

🥃 Bourbon Brew — crafted with a blend of essential oils PLUS actual Bourbon Brew tea leaves from Old Barrel Tea Company for that warm, rich character.

🍎 Warm C***r — one of our returning fall favorites! This one is made with its own blend of essential oils along with vanilla tea leaves from Old Barrel Tea Company, adding another layer to that warm, cozy c***r scent.

🍂 Fall Spice — loved so much that we actually make it year-round! It’s created with a blend of essential oils and real pumpkin pie spice, which adds to both its beautiful natural color and warm, spicy aroma.

And THAT is one of my favorite things about making our soaps. 🤎

When you see scents like “Pumpkin Spice,” “Warm C***r,” or “Bourbon Brew,” those scents aren’t coming from synthetic fragrance oils. We actually build each scent ourselves using essential oils and thoughtfully chosen ingredients — real pumpkin, spices, herbs, teas and more — until we create the scent we are looking for.

They’re truly handcrafted from the scent up. 🌿

The two new ones don’t even have their official names yet, so you’re getting a REAL sneak peek. 😂

Only two more weeks until these beauties make their Fall debut! 🍁🍂

Tonight was pretty special. ❤️

We attended the ribbon cutting for The Shop on 14th tonight, and one of my favorite parts was finally getting the chance to slow down, visit, and really get to know some of the other small-business owners we now get to call our neighbors.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the sweet woman behind Kaccy & Co. Candles, and sometimes you meet someone and just click. We sat and shared stories, talked about our businesses, our families, our faith, and life—and I walked away feeling like I had gained much more than another vendor neighbor. ❤️

Then tonight she surprised me with this incredibly kind post about us.

What makes it even sweeter is hearing that her husband tried the sample of our Muscle & Joint Relief that I sent home with her and was genuinely surprised by how much he liked it and the relief he felt. THAT is the kind of feedback that reminds me why we love making what we make.

And I have to brag on her for a minute too! We brought home some of her candles tonight, and y’all… they smell AMAZING. 😍 She has her fall collection out right now, and there were so many good ones to choose from. I actually have one burning in my house as I’m writing this, and it smells absolutely wonderful. 🍂🕯️

🌿 Fellow Maker Spotlight: Gurell Family Funny Farm 🌿

One of the things I loved most about tonight’s grand opening was getting the chance to meet some of the other talented makers behind the products!

I finally had the pleasure of meeting Gina and her beautiful daughter, Isabelle, from Gurell Family Funny Farm. They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. You can tell Gina puts a lot of thought and care into what she makes.

And I can speak from personal experience about these two products. ❤️

My husband has used her Muscle & Joint Relief Balm on his arthritic joints and was genuinely impressed with the relief he felt. I used her Whipped Tallow Balm on my skin after I had a pretty miserable reaction to the medical tape following surgery, and it was wonderfully soothing and helped my skin recover.

I love supporting another small business when I can actually say, “We’ve used it, and we love it.”

🐐🧀 I made goat milk cheese!!

Almost THREE years of milking goats… and somehow we are just now getting around to making our own fresh goat milk cheese. 😂

This is only our third batch ever, but y’all… it is SO GOOD. 🤤

We’ve been playing around with the process and figuring out exactly how we like it, and I think we’ve officially found our sweet spot. Creamy, fresh, just the right texture, and made right here with milk from our girls.

There’s just something really cool about walking out to the barn, milking your own goats, and then turning that milk into something like this.

I don’t know why it took us almost three years to try it, but I have a feeling I’m going to be making a whole lot more of it. 😂🐐🧀

💔 It’s been a difficult couple of days here at Guell Family Funny Farm.

Thursday evening, what was supposed to be an exciting night bringing home our family’s first camper quickly turned heartbreaking when our sweet Tinker Bell ran into the road and was hit by a passing truck.

After 10 wonderful years with our family, we unexpectedly had to say goodbye. 😭🐾

Tinker Bell has been part of our lives for a decade. She’s watched our kids grow, been here through so many chapters of our lives, and was simply part of our family and our farm.

As heartbreaking as her loss is, we are also incredibly thankful. My husband and children were standing near that same road just moments before the accident, and things could have ended very differently. If losing our sweet Tinker Bell somehow meant my family was protected that evening, then I have to believe her life was not taken in vain. ❤️

We are trusting God even when we don’t understand His plan and thanking Him for the 10 years we were blessed to have her.

We’re also praying for the young man involved. He reached out afterward with genuine remorse, and I know he is carrying his own hurt from what happened. There is already enough pain in this situation, and we choose compassion and prayer over anger.

Farm life brings so much joy, but sometimes it brings some really hard goodbyes too.

Rest easy, sweet Tinker Bell. 🌈🐾
Thank you for 10 wonderful years of loving our crazy little family.

You will be deeply missed. ❤️

Tuesday mornings around here are always a little crazy. 🐐🥛😂

Tuesday is one of our milk delivery days, which means before I leave at 9:30 to head to Carlsbad, I have to get all the goats milked, strain and bottle the milk, clean ALL the milking supplies, get everyone’s orders packed up and ready to go… all while getting my husband ready and out the door for work too. 😅

And today had a little extra chaos thrown in because my husband just started a new position at work and his schedule changed — so this mama is running a little behind this morning. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I told my son, “I need your help today. We’ve gotta get these goats milked FAST.”

Normally we bring them in two at a time, milk them, take them back out, and then go grab the next two.

Apparently my son decided we didn’t have time for all that today. 😂

His solution?

JUST BRING ALL THE GOATS. 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐

So I look up and he’s got just about everybody in the shop, lined up on the tractor waiting for their turn. 🤣

And you know what?

IT’S WORKING. 😂

We’re actually getting through everybody faster!

I told him I needed help making things go quicker, and he understood the assignment. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

Now let’s get these goats milked and this milk delivered! 🥛🚗💨

☀️🔥 WE’RE MELTING AT TRACTOR SUPPLY! 🔥☀️

We’re all set up at the Tractor Supply Farmers Market in Artesia today… and y’all, it is HOT. 😂

102° HOT. 🥵

So hot that apparently even our little black signs have decided they’ve had enough and are literally melting off the table. 🤣🤣

But WE’RE STILL HERE! 💪🐐

Come say hi, grab some goat milk soap, tallow goodies, freeze-dried goat milk, and whatever else you need before we melt right along with the signs. 😂
