Something special!!!

Many of you have noticed our dry aging cooler in the new store. Here are some of the first pieces to exit! We will have some 60 Day steaks coming around Thanksgiving.

100 Day - Dry Aged Ribeyes! These steaks are cut 3/4” and vacuum sealed in single packages! Raised in Moultrie County and processed by your Dutch Valley crew. While we’ve already sold half of the loin, we’ve still got 9 steaks left that we froze! These steaks cost around $35-$50 each depending on exact weight.

Only for steak enthusiasts! A concentrated, bold flavor from having been stored in a strictly controlled, refrigerated environment for 100 days to heavily concentrate its flavor and break down tough muscle fibers.

It’s “Sweater Weather…” time!!! Like if you get the analogy.

This morning we’re feeling like breakfast! Sausage or dried beef for gravy….bacon….eggs. Perhaps a roast in the crock pot for dinner.

Of course we’ve got fresh brats and samples going today!

Orders must be called in to the shop. We only do Butts & Briskets to order and often have limited extra Ribs or Chickens!
