Releasing today for your holiday shopping (local deliveries only...sorry).
1. Fang of the Dragon-this is a fermented hot sauce featuring Aji Amarillo chiles. It was fermented for 8 months in a stainless steel tank with carrots, onions, garlic, and ginger with an addition of apple cider vinegar. Quite hot. It is important to keep this product refrigerated. Warming to room temperatures will reactivate the fermenting process. $8
2. The Green Sauce- this is a blended version of the Hot Peach/Chile Salsa. Refrigerate, but can be kept at room temperatures while using as it is not fermented. $8
3. Fire Roasted Peach Tomato Salsa. This has a medium heat and was made with our own peaches and tomatoes. $12 per pint, limited supply.
4. Paradise Hill Raw, Unfiltered, Wildflower Honey. We inherited two hives when we moved to the property. We have lots of mint and Russian Sage growing here, so the bees don't have to travel very far. A couple of friends have told us that they didn't like honey until they tasted this. $15 per pint
5. Palisade Peach/Hatch Green Chile Salsa. We get organic peaches from Eat A Peach Farm at the Louisville Farmers Market. We have have Mild, Medium, and Hot. The Hot Salsa was made with Pueblo Extra Hot Chiles. We made a limited number of Hot and Mild, but have a lot of Medium. $10 per pint.
As most of you know, our daughter works at the Home Depot in Louisville, so I'm there 4 or 5 times a week. I am happy to make deliveries to Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Boulder. I also usually do 1 or 2 trips to Denver if people are interested.
Thank you,
Scott
