Just a few years ago, we arrived in Colorado after fleeing the war in Ukraine with one small dream: to rebuild our lives by sharing the food and traditions we love.

Today, that dream has grown into three food trucks, thousands of wonderful customers, and a community that has welcomed us with open hearts.

Sunflower Ukrainian started out as a food tent in 2023, and Mukhin built his first trailer in 2024. They now have three food trucks, sometimes operating at three locations simultaneously.
