Why do French baguettes always stick out of the bag a little?
A friend asked and I wasnt sure about the answer.

It is the most logical; the Baguettes are longer than the standard bread bags :-) and do well with a bit of air to stay crisp. (But France is not Colorado dry!) I'd say eat it fast!

In June the Arvada Bread Barn is happy to meet you all again at the Arvada Farmers Market, every Sunday from 9 till 1.30.

The Bread Barn is happily growing and looking forward to (finally..) opening the Brick & Mortar in Arvada Old Town!, aiming for July/August. Eventhough timing isn't fully clear, if you have experience as a sourdough bread baker, reach out to me in person!

The Arvada Bread Barn is a step further. The day started very (like I can be) dis organized but the work got done. Wonderful upcycled chairs, the pickuo cubby and bar are varnished and some good insights are shared. Wonderful day.

Best 303 day ever for the Arvada Bread Barn!

It is Buy Colorado Day and the Barn is grateful for so many clients flocking in today after re-opening. AI also gave a smile on bakers face. How is it that 303 combined with my logo turns into a cosy beerfestival? I say, just enjoy this day.

Good day Bread people!

From on next week the Arvada Bread Barn is offering pre ordered bread again, on Tues- or Thursday at a temporary location near Ward/52nd.

The Brick & Mortar is still planned, pending permits, final build and licensing. As the Barn missed you, the art of Bread making and supporting a healthy diet too much i moved the operation allowing to re-start.

Enjoy a freshly baked, organic ingredients sourdough!
