I remember the first time I used a stencil with a saying on it on sourdough bread. I had never seen anyone do it and the anticipation waiting for it to bake to see it if worked is a feeling I will never forget. It doesn’t feel so groundbreaking now; but in that moment you would have thought I just discovered electricity. I loaf (love) you all for the excitement and joy you’ve shared with me through the years and all the experiments. Looking forward for all the future electric moments to come.
