๐Ÿ™Œ Big high fives to Kevin, it's his second anniversary with LUKI! Well, technically he started in January while interning with the Regis program, but it was two years ago today that agreed to be part of the LUKI team!

He's brewing up some Tipsy Siesta today (an Imperial Mexican Lager), and next week he has a new Rice Lager recipe we'll be putting in the tank in time for our anniversary party. Thanks Kevin for two awesome years! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿฅณ

OK, here's something refreshing with the warmer temps. Our latest Midway Mixer, ๐““๐“ฎ๐“ผ๐“ฎ๐“ป๐“ฝ ๐“‘๐“ต๐“ธ๐“ธ๐“ถ.

Sweet meets vibrant desert fruit, as we blend our crisp Carnyโ€™s Cut cream ale with bright lemonade and a splash of prickly pear, creating a refreshing shandy perfect for unseasonably warm temps and patio lounging. It opens with lively citrus, blooms into subtle melon-and-berry notes from the prickly pear, and finishes crisp, light, and easy-drinking. Itโ€™s just the right amount of color and flair for a day in the sun.

A dark beer?!?!? With 90 degree temps!?!?! Heck yeah.

โ„•๐•ฆ๐•ฅ๐•ฅ๐•ช ๐”ธ๐•”๐•ฃ๐• ๐•“๐•’๐•ฅ taps today, a smooth and approachable American porter brewed with Maris Otter malt, layers of crystal and chocolate malts, and a touch of oats and wheat for a silky body. Rich notes of chocolate, toasted bread crust, and roasted nuts are complemented by natural hazelnut praline character, creating a dessert-inspired dark ale that remains balanced and highly drinkable at 4.9% ABV.
